2017 is well on its way and I know a lot of the new years resolutions are around fitness and health so here are my top 5 videos that will help any fitness level SMASH THEIR GOALS!

1.  How to smash out those fitness goals 2017

This is the perfect video for the fitness newbies looking to be fitness veterans! This video really sets realistic examples of how any complete beginner can SMASH their fitness goals! Check out the tips below!

  1. Good intentions DO NOT make good plans!
    It is imperative to sit down and WRITE YOUR GOALS!
  2. Recognise your Strengths!
    Schedule your workouts they way YOU like it and how it fits around YOUR lifestyle! Not what anyone else says
  3. You can’t do it all!
    Your health journey is not about going to the gym everyday! It’s about having a healthy balance in your life, so look at what your priorities are and adapt to them!
  4. What is your WHY?
    Make sure your WHY goes beyond the mirror! It’s more than what you see in front of you, it’s about taking car and loving your body. Always remember YOU ARE ENOUGH!

2. DIY at home ideas for workouts + Healthy snack recipe!

Steph and Matilda have put together an AMAZING video for beginners, that is super easy to follow! Including work out ideas that don’t require a gym membership and workouts you can do at the comfort of your own home! I also LOVE the healthy snack balls she made, you can find the ingredients for those below!

  3. 1/2 Cup Almond butter

3. Getting more educated about the foods you eat + a healthy balance everyday!

As much as doing work outs and eating healthy can make a huge difference in your fitness journey, it’s also important to keep up-to-date and educated about the foods you eat and maintaining a healthy life balance! I love this video for all those reasons! check out the tips below!
