Kendall Jenner’s Top Secret Workout Routine Revealed!

Kendall Jenner has been #bodygoals for the past couple of year now so its no surprise that everyone is dying to find out what her TOP SECRET workout routines are. As for Kendall’s diet, she follows a low carb well balanced diet that is full of lean proteins and full of fruits and vegetables. She also has NO to JUNK FOOD and drinks a lot of DETOX green tea.

As for exercise, Kendall uses circuit training to tone her entire body (she even runs to the gym!). While she’s there she does a lot f ab exercises (especially planking).
