The healthy fats from the avocado and walnuts will really help to keep your energy levels up and some parsley to clean out your system (especially those of you who are battling unsavoury breath!) There you have it, the ultimate super green smoothie!

What you’ll need

  1. 2 Cups of Kale
  2. 1/2 Banana
  3. ½ Cup of Green Apple
  4. ½ an Avocado
  5. ½ Cup of Pineapple
  6. 1 Handful Parsley
  7. 1 Tbsp of Walnuts
  8. 1 ¼ Cup Coconut Water
  9. Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  10. Ice

5. Antioxidant Boosting Power

The blueberries and pom juice really give it that rich blue colour, and mix that with Green tea and this smoothie is JAM PACKED with antioxidants!

What you need

  1. 1 Cup of Blueberries
  2. ½ Cup of Strawberries
  3. ½ Banana
  4. 1 Scoop Greek Yogurt
  5. 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  6. 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice
  7. ½ Cup Green Tea
  8. Ice

6. Brain Power

Goji berries help remove any damaging inflammation and toxins from the brain! This smoothies is kind of like an Acai Bowl with your favourite toppings blended up! An Acai bowl on the run maybe?

What you’ll need

  1. 1 Acai Packet
  2. ½ Cup of Blackberries
  3. ½ Banana
  4. ½ Cup of Strawberries
  5. 1 Tbsp Goji Berries
  6. 1 Tbsp of Almonds
  7. 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
  8. 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
  9. Ice

7.  Awake Smoothie

Think of this smoothie as a protein shake but so much fresher, tastes better and WAY more complete. It’s like a whole breakfast in one smoothie! and the chocolate specks make it look like a mocha mmmm delicious!

What you’ll need

  1. 4 Dark Chocolate Squares
  2. 1 Banana
  3. ¼ Cup of Oats
  4. 2 Scoop of Greek Yogurt
  5. 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  6. 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  7. 1/2 Cup Coffee
  8. Ice
